Baywood Health Center can increase size of signs, adjustment board decides

Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers new tenant

A sign plan for two buildings at Baywood Health Center can be modified, the Mesa Board of Adjustment decided recently.

A special-use permit to update an existing comprehensive sign plan at 6550 E. Broadway Road and 6553 E. Baywood Ave. was approved by the board in a consent agenda with other items May 5.

The more than 6-acre site has frontage on both Broadway and Baywood, Mesa Planner Chloe Durfee-Sherman said during a study session prior to the meeting.
