At least three Peoria home sales eclipsed the $2 million mark in April, according to Realtor.com.

All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot.

The top home sale, 7979 W. Expedition Way, sold for $5.25 million on April 21. The 13,452-square-foot home on a 2.48-acre lot has six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The seller was represented by Jamie L. Wong with Re/Max Fine Properties, and the buyer was represented by Jasmine Ward with Homesmart.
