AZ MediQuip, a leader in home medical equipment retailing, has opened its newest store in Goodyear.

The store, 1550 N. Dysart Road, is the company’s fifth retail location in the Valley.

Company leaders celebrated the opening June 2 with a ribbon-cutting attended by Mayor Georgia Lord and Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Jeffrey Campos.

Representatives of Project CURE, a Phoenix-based nonprofit that delivers medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and clinics in underserved communities, also were on hand to accept a donation from the company.

“We are excited to be expanding our services in the Valley," Mark Belanger, chief operating officer, said. “This location will offer a 5,500-square-foot showroom featuring the largest on-site selection of home medical equipment and supplies in Arizona. Our trained, best-in-class team is ready to help serve the community. We are Medical Equipment Made Easy.”

AZ MediQuip is Arizona’s largest home medical equipment and supplies retailer, according to a release. Stores are open six days a week.

Each location provides a large selection of home medical equipment and supplies that are available for both purchase and rent. Team members have been trained to work closely with individuals, families and healthcare professionals to provide tailored solutions.

AZ MediQuip has served the Phoenix area for more than 20 years. Its other stores are located in Mesa, Peoria, Chandler and Scottsdale.

The company also offers repair services, equipment delivery, in-home installation and setup, and works with individuals, families and healthcare professionals to provide tailored solutions for home medical equipment and supplies.
