Taser maker company Axon is rethinking its desire to stay in Scottsdale as the controversy over someone from the company calling Scottsdale Planning Commissioner Christian Serena’s employer continues to blow up.
Axon officials have also raised questions about whether or not Serena voting on the company’s proposed 74 acre-headquarters campus near Hayden Road and the Loop 101 was a conflict of interest.
Scottsdale City Attorney Sherry Scott wrote a letter dated March 1 admonishing the company for the call.
