Attorney: Biz owners should have ‘relief’ after court vaccine ruling

A local attorney said some Arizona businesses may have caught a break after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked a vaccine mandate and testing requirement for larger employers.

Julie Pace, who specializes in Occupational Safety and Health Administration cases, said some business owners should have a sense of relief after last week’s ruling.

On Jan. 13, the high court blocked a requirement that workers at companies with at least 100 employees be fully vaccinated or else test regularly for COVID-19 and wear a mask on the job, according to the Associated Press.
