Department of Education helps underwrite individualized learning

Not all the time, but sometimes, people find their passions and it is that knowledge that inexplicably shapes the professional and personal future of those in the clutches of dedication to a profession, pastime or worthy cause.

The Harden Education and Recreation Therapy Foundation Center of Phoenix is a place made possible by the passion of its founder, Chelsea Harden; and the dedication of Program Director Regan Mays to helping those faced with cognitive abilities find peace, themselves, be heard and seen through the virtues of horsemanship training.

The H.E.A.R.T. Center is at 21152 N. 22nd St. in Phoenix.
