At least four Peoria home sales eclipsed the $1 million mark in June, according to Realtor.com.

All four top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot.

The top home sale, 10057 W. Jj Ranch Road, sold for $2.65 million on June 1. The 5,783-square-foot home on a 0.8-acre lot has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The seller was represented by Brian Espinoza with Homesmart, and the buyer was represented by Ruben Luna with A.Z. & Associates.
