At least three Peoria home sales eclipsed the $1 million mark in October, according to Realtor.com.
All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot.
The top home sale, 10034 W. Villa Lindo Dr., sold on Oct. 23 for $2.1 million. The 5,046-square-foot home on a 0.8-acre lot has four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. The seller was represented by Barbara Woyak with Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living, and the buyer was represented by Roger Van Camp with Van Camp, Inc.
