At least three Peoria home sales eclipsed the $1 million mark in January, according to Realtor.com.

All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot.

The top home sale, 21906 N. 86th Ave., sold on Jan. 9 for $1.65 million. The 3,292-square-foot home on a 1.18-acre lot has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The seller was represented by Dustin R. Reed with Epic Home Realty, and the buyer was represented by Lisa Mcnealy with My Home Group Real Estate.
