At least three home sales in Peoria eclipsed the $1 million mark in October.

All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.

The top home sale, 26225 N. 100th Lane, sold for $2.1 million on Oct. 28. The 4,983-square-foot home on a 1-acre lot has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The seller was represented by George Laughton with My Home Group Real Estate. The buyer’s agent was not listed.
