At least two Peoria home sales eclipsed the $2 million mark in August, according to Realtor.com.
All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot.
The top home sale, 10107 W. Calle Lejos, sold for $2.9 million on Aug. 10. The 6,340-square-foot home on a 1.74-acre lot has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The seller was represented by Rebecca Durfey with Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners, and the buyer was represented by David Floyd Kinnaman with Homesmart.
