ASU’s sustainability program lands federal recycling grant

School receives $160k to research and design a recycling system to meet the needs of rural regions

Paper, plastic, glass, aluminum — these recycling categories may soon be of greater importance in rural Arizona, as a federal grant and college program seek sustainable solutions for forgotten parts of the state.
