Halfway through the fiscal year, the association finances are in the positive by $800,000 operating through the first six months, according to Pete Finelli, RCSCW chief financial officer. Preliminary numbers for both golf and bowling in January are looking good, he added.
Looking ahead is key to remaining in a good position and Finelli said the reserve study and reserve study funds are key components to the health of the association.
