A seven-building apartment complex is planned north of Southern Avenue and east of Crismon Road in Mesa.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recently voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the city council approve a site plan review and rezone 8.5 acres to multiple residence 3 with a planned area development overlay for the development. Board member Jeffrey Crockett was absent.
The site plan shows seven apartment buildings, a clubhouse and amenity areas, Planner Charlotte Bridges said during a study session prior to the board’s March 23 meeting.
