Artist-designed STARLUX AIRSORAYAMA makes North American debut in Phoenix

STARLUX Airlines made the North America debut of its new specially designed planes in Phoenix.

STARLUX AIRSORAYAMA are two Airbus A350-1000 aircraft specially designed by the Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama, one in silver and one in gold. STARLUX Airlines Chief Strategy Officer Simon Liu called them “flying masterpieces.”

The silver plane touched down at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on Wednesday, July 15 for the line’s first appearance in North America.
