Posted

Sealed proposals are being sought for artificial turf as needed by the Apache Junction Parks and Recreation Department within the city limits of Apache Junction — including at Superstition Shadows Aquatic Center.

Bid forms and requirements are at apachejunctionaz.gov/825/purchasing, according to a release.

Each bidder is to provide such information as may be required by the city as evidence of qualifications to provide the labor, materials, transportation, storage, equipment or other services as required.

Sealed bids containing one signed original and one duplicate electronic copy on a USB drive of the bid will be accepted in the city clerk’s office at 300 E. Superstition Blvd. in Apache Junction until 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, when all bids will be opened and read as a matter of public information.

Envelopes are to be marked on the front and on the outside in black lettering as: “Superstition Shadows Aquatic Center Artificial Turf RFP # P&R 2023-001.”

Additional information may be obtained from Kimberly Heldt, purchasing administrator, at cajpurchasing@apachejunctionaz.gov.
