Arthur says goodbye to Surprise

Surprise has said goodbye to longtime city leader Diane Arthur.

After 16 years with Surprise, Arthur left to become the assistant town manager in Parker, Colorado.

Her last day with Surprise was Sept. 23, but the city won’t be looking to fill her position.
