Arthur Boese was born July 15, 1929 in Arnaud, Manitoba, and died May 23, 2017 in Sun City West, Arizona.He moved to California after high school, and was soon in the Korean War. After the war, Art went to college, graduating from UCLA. The vast majority of his working life was with NASA. Retiring in 1990, he moved to Sun City West. His wife moved a few months later. He thoroughly enjoyed golf, tennis and pool with his buddies, especially golf. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Jacob and Olga Boese and three brothers, Harry, Richard, and Victor. He is survived by his lovely wife, Cynthia(Cindy), a son, Philip Arthur (Suzanne), a daughter, Carol Susan Kilfoil(Dennis ). three grandsons, Nicholas Kilfoil, Ben Kilfoil. and David Boese, and one granddaughter, Jennifer Givhan(Andrew), and two great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Adelina Givhan. Arthur is also survived by two sisters, Lillie Boese and Helen Boese, brothers Dave(Karen) and Ken(Gay) of Manitoba, and brother John(Rita) of Goodyear, Arizona.Arthur will be interred at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church Columbarium in June. A Memorial Service for Arthur will be held October 21st at 11 :00 A.M. at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church. Lunch will follow at Briarwood Country Club.
