A Porsche dealership opening next year will add another upscale brand to Glendale's intersection of Bell Road in the Loop 101.
Porsche Arrowhead broke ground on its 60,000-square-foot facility in late June at 8330 W. Bell Road in Glendale, almost 15 years after the automotive brands originally planned for the site vanished.
The original site was owned by John Lund, long time Cadillac-Hummer-Saab dealer in the Valley, Porsche Arrowhead owner Richard Cvijanovich stated in an email. Lund sold his dealerships and exited the Phoenix auto business soon after 2009, when General Motors disbanded the Saab and Hummer franchises.
