Arlene Ann Link, nee Omiecinski, passed away peacefully in her sleep at age 81 at Grandview Terrace Rehab in Sun City West.She was born in Chicago, daughter of Sigmund Omiecinski and May Charytonowicz. She attended The Immaculata High School in Chicago, BA, MA.; PHD at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She started her career as a German high school teacher, moved on to Program Director and Assistant Principal at Kenwood Academy in Hyde Park, Chicago.She loved dogs and adopted many during her life.She is survived by her sister Marcia (Ed), niece Vicky Sroczynski (John Burke), nephew Chris Sroczynski (Tammi), nephew Paul Sroczynski, grand-nieces Lauren, Stephanie grand-nephew Joshua.A visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 P.M. on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel, 13738 W.
