While innovation has created exciting opportunities, it has also exposed serious gaps in how personal security is protected in a hyper connected world.
For decades, privacy law has recognized that individuals have rights over their name, image and likeness. The rapid evolution of AI does not eliminate those rights. It simply tests how effectively they can be enforced in a digital environment where content can be replicated, altered and distributed in seconds.
