Arizona State University hosted a virtual summit for teachers around the world to share tips and tricks on how to deliver better online learning experiences for students amid unprecedented challenges facing educators.

The event coined --- REMOTEK12, the Connected Teacher Summit --- was held the second week of January and featured 10,000 registrants, officials say.

“We wanted to make it very manageable for people, the event was six hours with 30-minute sessions allowing teachers to get a lot out of one day,” said Elizabeth Fowler, executive director for Strategic Initiative. “You were able to easily navigate from session to session.”
