Arizona Self Storage opens facility in Peoria

Arizona Self Storage, a four-story, 875-unit facility, has opened at the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Olive Avenue in Peoria.

The Mangat Group and Aberdeen Management & Development announced today the opening of Arizona Self Storage in Peoria.
The four-story, 875-unit facility is located on the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Olive Avenue.
This is Arizona Self Storage’s ninth property in the state and third in the West Valley.
Tony Mangat, founder of The Mangat Group, is the landowner and part owner of the new facility, making this his first foray into the storage industry.
“Arizona Self Storage Peoria marks my inaugural venture into the storage industry, and I couldn’t be more excited to provide the community with a cutting-edge storage solution like this one,” Mangat said. “This facility is designed to exceed expectations, offering a range of amenities and services that are unmatched in the area. I look forward to serving the Peoria community with innovative storage solutions for all.”
Amenities include fully air-conditioned units, on-site professional managers, 24-hour virtual guard systems, and an enclosed, air-conditioned drive-thru loading bay for an easy and protected moving experience. The rental process has been made easy, with online, virtual, or in-person booking options. The building is accessed electronically through the NoKe Smart Entry System and has extended access hours from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Multiple elevators allow convenience and accessibility throughout the building.

New tenants will have free use of a moving truck at move-in. Dollies, carts, boxes, and moving supplies are also available. Arizona Self Storage also offers tenant insurance for its customers.
