Arizona needs new housing incentives, not investor limits

OPINION — Anyone living here in Arizona knows that we must solve our current housing crunch.

While I appreciated a recent letter-writer’s idea of mirroring a South Dakota program utilizing reformed inmates to help with building, it’s probably not making a dent here in Arizona.

We need over 100,000 homes for our growing population, and furthermore, affordability remains an issue, especially for first-time homebuyers.
