Arizona native, Suns fan Budenholzer to coach Phoenix

PHOENIX — Mike Budenholzer is coming home.

Budenholzer, an Arizona native, said he grew up practicing Paul Westphal basketball moves in Holbrook while his dad, Vince, now 94, watched what he taught his son.

On Friday, the two-time recipient of NBA Coach of the Year was introduced as the Suns head coach at a press conference at the Footprint Center in downtown Phoenix.
