Arizona cities lag among those with the most 'green' space

Maybe it's the product of being desert towns, but Arizona cities are mostly middle of the pack when it comes to providing green space.

A study by the website Lawnlove.com found most Arizona cities ranked in the middle of the pack of 500 large U.S. cities and towns, with a few exceptions.

Flagstaff was one of the exceptions. The Northern Arizona city that features plenty of pines was the highest-ranked Arizona city on the study at No. 65.
