Tickets are on sale now for Arizona Broadway Theatre’s upcoming Christmas production in Peoria.
The holiday spirit comes to the West Valley as Theatre for Young Audiences presents “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” which opens Friday, Dec. 8 for limited performances. The animated TV special comes to life in a faithful stage adaptation.
Join Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the entire Peanuts gang as they embark on a journey to uncover the true essence of Christmas, a press release explains, as the endearing characters discover the deeper meaning behind the festive season.
Morning performances will take place at 10 a.m. on Dec. 8-9, 15-16, and 22-23. The theater is located at 7701 W. Paradise Lane.
"We are thrilled to bring the magic of 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' to the stage," Stephen Hohendorf, ABT director of education, shared in the press release. "This is a story that has touched the hearts of generations, and we are dedicated to honoring its legacy while adding our own creative flair.”
