Arizona at 17,761 deaths of COVID-19

Arizona has added 570 cases and 21 deaths of COVID-19 overnight, according to the state Department of Health Services.

As of the morning of Saturday, June 12, the ADHS reports 886,404 positive cases and 17,761 deaths of the coronavirus.

  • Cochise County: 292
  • Coconino County: 330
  • Gila County: 229
  • Graham County: 84
  • Greenlee County: 10
  • La Paz County: 80
  • Maricopa County: 10,150
  • Mohave County: 744
  • Navajo County: 544
  • Pima County: 2,416
  • Pinal County: 905
  • Santa Cruz County: 180
  • Yavapai County: 519
  • Yuma County: 845

For most people, the coronavirus causes mild or moderate symptoms, such as fever and cough that clear up in two to three weeks. But for some — especially older adults and people with existing health problems — it can cause more severe illness, including pneumonia, and death.
