Sun City West residents have an opportunity to get in the pool and exercise.
From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, the Aquacisers have the Beardsley Pool, 12755 Beardsley Road, reserved to improve members’ health with a program designed with a certified physical therapist specialist. Dawn Mortellaro is contracted by the Aquacisers to develop an exercise program for members.
While Mortellaro is only physically leading class Saturday mornings, the other two days her program is followed and led by another member.
