While home sales may have been up across the Valley in April, compared to April 2024, Scottsdale’s numbers were way down for the month, according to a report by Phoenix Realtors .
Year-over-year closed home deals increased 4.1% across the Valley, compared to the first four months of 2024. For Scottsdale that is an increase of 9.8%,
“I love that Scottsdale is having a stronger market, and I think that a lot of that has to do with the strength of the borrowers that are generally looking at Scottsdale’s pricing because it’s a luxury market,” Phoenix Realtors Board President Christy Walker said. “Fewer of them are impacted by consumer confidence measures or economics.”
