Appeal of Mesa decision denying work at historic home topic of meeting

The Mesa Historic Preservation Board on Nov. 7 is to discuss an appeal of a denial of a certificate of appropriateness for a proposed detached guesthouse, carport and RV carport.

The property at 111 W. Seventh Place is in the Evergreen Historic District, which has a period of significance spanning from 1910 to 1948.

The board meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the lower council chambers, 57 E. First St.
