General Plan Amendment

Apartments proposed adjacent to A.T. Still University in Mesa

Changing 10 acres from a medical campus General Plan designation to allow for a multiple-residence development will be discussed at a special 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, study session and meeting of the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board.

The board is to vote on a recommendation to the City Council on a minor General Plan amendment for the property west of Recker Road on the north side of Baseline Road. The study session will be held in the lower council chambers and the meeting in the council chambers, both at 57 E. First St.

The Millennium Superstition Springs minor General Plan amendment is seeking to change it from specialty-medical campus to specialty-educational campus.
