Apartment complex in Youngtown sells for $10 million

Youngtown House Apartments, a 64-unit multifamily property near 111th and Peoria avenues, in Youngtown, recently sold for $10 million, according to commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.

The complex consists of 64-units, all of which are studios and one-bedrooms with master-metered utilities and a chiller system.

The property will be rebranded as South Edge Apartments.
