Sidewalk improvements are scheduled Dec. 18-28 along Broadway Avenue from Delaware Drive to Idaho Road, Apache Junction officials said.

The work will result in intermittent lane closures to Broadway in both directions, officials said, adding it will not be a full road closure.

Pedestrians can expect portions of eastbound and westbound sidewalks also will have closures at times in various locations.
