Apache Junction sets holiday schedule for July 4-5

The city of Apache Junction will close all administrative offices on Monday, July 5, in observation of Independence Day.

Emergency services through the police department will not be impacted by the holiday.

The Apache Junction Public Library, 1177 N. Idaho Road, normally closes on Sundays but also will be closed on Monday. The Paws and Claws Care Center. 725 E. Baseline Ave., normally closes on Sundays and Mondays. The Superstition Shadows Aquatic Center, 1091 W. Southern Ave., will be open 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday, July 4. The Multi-Generational Center, 1035 N. Idaho Road, normally closes on Sundays. It will be open normal hours, 5:30 a.m.-9 p.m., on Monday, July 5.
