Anthem Community Council to vote on $11.18M operating budget

Anthem’s leaders are expected to approve the community’s 2022 budget during its regularly scheduled monthly meeting next week.

Paul Conley, Anthem finance director, said the community is financially healthy — where leaders have separated out funds into three pools — operating, reserve and enhancement dollars — to keep expenditures sorted out.

Last month, Conley asked board members for direction about what to do with the enhancement funds Anthem collects. Enhancement funds come from 0.25% of sale prices of Anthem homes sold in the area.
