Animal urgent care facility in works

P&Z allows permit for hospital near Bell, Litchfield

Plans are in the works for a new animal urgent care hospital near Bell and Litchfield roads.

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission signed off on a conditional-use permit Jan. 7 for the Moezzi Veterinary Urgent Care Center north of Bell Road.

Owners are proposing a 3,633-square-foot, single-story building north of Bell and east of Litchfield.
