Angie’s hopes efficiencies learned with shuttered Salad And Go will bring customers to them

When Salad And Go closed its locations on Aug. 5, customers wondered where they would be able to go to get the same food they had been purchasing for some time.

Tony Christofellis opened Salad And Go in Gilbert in 2013 with the mindset of offering healthy food at inexpensive fast food prices.

That plan worked until an investment firm came in 2021 and bought controlling interest in the company and took the efficiencies that Christofellis had developed and turned them upside down.
