Andrews: Ukraine’s military now second-best

Despite being betrayed by the U.S. and the U.K. under the terms of the Budapest Agreement, the Ukrainians alone have stood up to Putin’s Russia.

Don’t know who said it but wish I would have said ... Russia’s second-best military in the world just morphed into the second-best military in the Ukraine.
