Thank you for publishing a recent letter of mine criticizing President Biden’s America last policies (Sun City Independent, Aug. 20, 2023). If I had sent this piece to a left-leaning newspaper it would have never seen the light of day. Thank you for being independent.

I received much feedback on my article. It was negative but very well done. I am still, however, very convinced that our president does not put Americans, especially us middle-class citizens, first. He has been first to lockdown our schools, our businesses, our domestic energy resources, Ukraine’s border but oddly enough not our open southern border. We need a new leader who will put the USA first again.

Based on the volume of the negative feedback I received, my Susie said that I should not try to run for public office in the near future.
