With calm, quiet and polite demeanor, Paradise Valley Town Attorney Andrew Miller has been one of the few steady hands of leadership playing a consequential role in how the municipality ultimately operates and is protected.

But Mr. Miller, a perpetual gentleman, would never characterize his more than 20 years at Paradise Valley Town Hall, 6401 E. Lincoln Drive, in that kind of way.
