Amazon data center buildings planned at Signal Butte, Pecos in Mesa

Amazon Data Services plans to construct two data-center buildings on 71 acres east of Signal Butte Road on the north side of Pecos Road in Mesa.

The look and landscaping for the Project PHX65 industrial development were discussed May 14 by the Mesa Design Review Board. Vice Chair Dane Astle was absent.

Two data-center buildings have been proposed with 264 parking spaces. The board previously reviewed the site two years ago for another use, Staff Planner Joshua Grandlienard said during the meeting.
