Aleo: Watching RCSC meetings in Sun City frustrating
Posted
By Bob Aleo, Sun City
Tiny bubbles. No, I am not referring to the Don Ho hit song, “Tiny Bubbles.”
I am referring to what it is like to watch the Recreation Centers of Sun City Board of Directors last meeting Nov. 17. Watching RCSC board meetings is the same as the frustration of attempting to remove the ting bubbles from the protective film applied to your smartphone, tablet or do-it-yourself automotive window tint.
At first you are optimistic that things will go smoothly. You push the tiny bubbles around and some will combine to make larger bubbles. Others will be pushed to the edge and then go away. Some bubbles go away if you leave in the sunlight. Bubbles with dirt or lint under them never go away.
If you watch the video replay of the RCSC board meeting, turn the video volume off. Instead, play and sing along with Don Ho and the song, “Tiny Bubbles.” The music may relieve some of the unpleasant feelings created by the RCSC board meeting’s tiny bubbles.
RCSC videos can be viewed at the Sun City AZ YouTube channel.
