SUN CITY WEST - Albert J. Remar, of Sun City West, Formerly of Chicago, Ill., and Riverview, Fla., passed away on July 9, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife, Joanne (Szromba) of 60 years; children, Suzette Wright, of Ajo, Audette (Wayne) Garritano, Chicago. Ill., Alan (Jolene) Remar, of Glendale, and Roy Remar, of Coventry, R.I.; sister, Rosary Perkins, of Ohio; brother, John (Kay) Remar, of Illinois; and grandchildren, Tony (Melissa) Garritano, Brianne Garritano and Royce Remar. He was Veteran of WWII and retired from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 37 years. Inurnment will be at River of Life, 13738 Camino Del Sol. Celebration of Life will be at at Sun City West Foundation, Quail Room on Aug. 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Al would appreciate memory donations made to Benevilla Adult Day Care Center, SCW, AZ or Banner Alzheimers Residence, Peoria, AZ.
