Why is there $10 million listed in a fiscal 2026 city of Chandler capital improvement plan for A.J. Chandler Park?

That’s precisely what the Chandler City Council sat down to discuss at a recent work session.
Kim Moyers, the city’s cultural development director, and City Manager Josh Wright said talks about improvements or major changes in or adjacent to the park have been discussed for at least a decade.
