Feasibility study on proposed airpark in northwest Valley touches on site location

Study: Generally, there is very limited space for airpark in and around Peoria, formal site selection study will provide more information

A study commissioned by Peoria has determined there is demand for a new 550-acre airpark within the city, and that the subject is worthy of further study.

Much has yet to be learned about potential sites,  and there is limited space for an airpark in the city, but more will be learned with an ensuing site selection study, according to Coffman Associates Airport Consultants.

Bringing an airport into Peoria will take many years and will be backed with a number of studies only the first of which was the feasibilty study, recenlty released by the city.
