AirPark 202 industrial buildings planned at Sossaman, Warner in Mesa

An AirPark 202 industrial business park is to be constructed east of the Sossaman Road alignment on the south side of Warner Road in Mesa.

The design and landscaping for the 101.7-acre development recently were discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

“Very exciting project, to see this area get kicked off with this type of industrial development,” Wendy Riddell of Berry Riddell LLC said during the July 13 meeting.
