Agua Fria District approves potential legal action, new Goodyear high school delayed

The Agua Fria Union High School District governing board approved a legal course of action Jan. 17, related to potential litigation involving the district and the Arizona School Facilities Oversight Board, which recently deferred a draft approval of AFUHSD's new high school.

The district's approval of the legal item came after newly appointed governing board President Gina DeCoste told the audience the public meeting was over.
