After the myriad events surrounding Super Bowl 57 and WM Phoenix Open are over, concession foods are eaten, drinks are downed and sports winners are crowned will emerge a lesser known team: the cleanup crew.
It’s a dirty job — and one that is likely not considered by most after they leave the stadium grounds or turn off their TV.
For example, officials at WM, formerly Waste Management, say around 700 workers are employed during a 24-hour period throughout the TPC of Scottsdale where the Open is held to keep the arena clean.
