AFMA has new face serving Sun City West

Raising program awareness

A new face is in the building at the Arizona Fire & Medical Authority.

Ashley Losch, AFMA division chief of public affairs, is new to the Authority, but has been serving residents for more than 22 as a member of the Glendale Fire Department. She said after talking to Mark Burdick, AFMA chief and learning about what the organization needs and where it is, including the hopes for the organization, she knew it was a great fit.

“I felt I could bring a skill set to the organization and knew the organization is doing incredible things in both growth, mindset and leadership, and I knew it was a place I could thrive and help them thrive at the same time,” Losch said.
